Virtual RUN3rd 5k

How does the Virtual RUN3rd 5k work?

While we would love to have everyone join us at one of our in-person 5ks, we know that isn't possible for many of you. For those of you unable to make it in person, we invite you to run with us virtually. That means you can still participate by picking a time and place convenient for you to do your RUN3rd 5k. Register by March 1st, 2024 to guarantee a shirt in your size.

To participate, click the button below to register. Then pick a time and place to do your 5k (3.1 miles). It can be done at a local event, on your favorite running path (or treadmill), while on vacation or around your neighborhood.

Once you finish your 5k, we encourage you to post your experience and pictures on our Facebook Page or tag us on Twitter and Instagram. Use hashtag #RUN3rd5k so we can all celebrate with you.

We will begin sending shirts and medals out to all our virtual runners the first week of April 2024.

Registration Fees:

• $25 through October 31st, 2023
• $30 November 1st through December 31st, 2023
• $35 January 1st through February 28th, 2024

• International shipping adds $15
